Im Oktober 2010 trafen sich Mitarbeiter/innen von team training und meath partnership an deren Standort in Kells, nordwestlich von Dublin. Ziel war der Austausch über das Projekt optima und die Planung der weiteren Zusammenarbeit. Zusätzlich lernten die team training Mitarbeiter/innen ein erstes best practice Beispiel kennen, das Projekt Fáilte Isteach, in dem Senior/inn/en ehrenamtlich Englischunterricht für Migrant/inn/en anbieten.
In October 2010 a delegation of team training travelled to Ireland to meet the staff of meath partnership in Kells. During the meeting the two organisations discussed the further proceedings of the project optima. Furthermore team training got to know first best practice examples like the project Fáilte Isteach where older volunteers teach English to migrants.
